Terms of service
Terms of sale — CAUMIO digital learning materials
1. Seller
ROTARU CRISTIAN IOAN, trading as CAUMIO, Passauer Strasse 20, 94086 Bad Griesbach im Rottal, Germany. Email: contact.caumio@gmail.com.
2. Products
CAUMIO sells digital self-study learning materials. No physical items are shipped. The product listing describes the selected level, explanation language, included files and technical requirements. A purchase covers the listed edition only, unless the listing expressly describes a bundle. These independent materials do not include official exam registration, an accredited certificate, live lessons or personal teaching support.
3. Ordering and payment
You can review and correct your selection and checkout information before submitting the order. By submitting the final paid-order request, you offer to buy the selected materials. We accept the order by sending the order confirmation or providing the download, whichever occurs first. Prices are shown in EUR; review the final total and available payment methods before ordering. Digital delivery has no shipping charge. Provide an email address you can access and keep the confirmation for your records.
4. Delivery and technical requirements
After confirmed payment, download information is sent to the email entered at checkout. Check your spam folder and contact us if access is missing. Extract the ZIP archive before use. PDFs require a PDF reader; interactive HTML files require a current browser. Speech-synthesis activities use available device or browser voices; their availability and quality vary. Read the individual listing before purchase. Delivery and download support are explained in our Shipping policy.
5. Permitted use
The purchase grants a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own personal learning. You may keep copies on your own devices and print copies for your own use. Copyright is not transferred. Resale, public distribution, uploading the files for others or sharing download access is not permitted without our written permission, except where the law permits it. Contact us about classroom or wider organisational use.
6. Withdrawal and defective products
Consumer withdrawal rights and the withdrawal form are explained in our Return and refund policy. Immediate delivery or downloading alone does not waive those rights. Your statutory rights for defective digital products remain unaffected. Tell us about missing, damaged or incorrectly supplied files so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Contract records and privacy
The checkout and these terms are provided in English. Keep the order emails and a copy of the terms applicable to your purchase. Personal data processing is described in our Privacy policy. Updates to these terms apply to future purchases and do not retroactively change an existing contract.
