Withdraw from your contract / Vertrag widerrufen

Request withdrawal, return or cancellation online

Sign in with the email address used for your order and the verification code sent to that address. Open the order, choose the available return or cancellation option and submit your request. You will receive an email confirming the request. For fulfilled digital orders, use the return request option; no physical shipment is required. You can also exercise your right by emailing contact.caumio@gmail.com or sending a statement by post. These alternatives do not require an account.

Your right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision by email or post using the contact details above. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the period expires is sufficient. An order number helps us identify the purchase but is not a condition for exercising your rights.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received for the withdrawn purchase without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur a fee for the reimbursement. No physical goods need to be returned. After withdrawal, you must stop using and sharing the digital content.

Immediate digital delivery

Downloading a file does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal. For paid digital content, this right expires only if we begin supplying it after you have expressly agreed to supply before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that you will lose the right when supply begins, and received the legally required contract confirmation. Merely accepting general terms is not sufficient. If these conditions are not met, your statutory right remains.

Damaged files, missing downloads and statutory remedies

If a file is damaged, missing or does not match the description, contact us with details of the problem. We will investigate and provide access or a correction as appropriate. Your statutory rights for defective digital products, including applicable rights to correction, price reduction or contract termination, remain unaffected by this policy or by expiry of the withdrawal right.
